Call for Abstracts
GENERAL GUIDELINES

Abstracts must be submitted in English. The content must be original.

Modified encore abstracts may be submitted.

The presenting author must be registered for the conference by the specified deadline.
ABSTRACT FORMAT

Title should be concise and accurately reflect the study.

List all authors with their full names and affiliations. The presenting author must be
identified at the time of submission.
The abstract body is limited to 250 words and should be structured as follows:

Background: Brief introduction and study objectives.
-
Methods: Summary of study design, materials, and methods used.
-
Results: Key findings with relevant data (if available).
-
Conclusion: Main takeaways and significance of the study
Submission Process

Call for abstracts will open on FEBRUARY 17, 2026.

Abstracts must be submitted online via the submission portal by CLICKING HERE.

The submission deadline is JUNE 10, 2026.
-
Late submissions will not be accepted.
-
Authors may submit multiple abstracts but can present only one oral presentation.
Review and Selection
-
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
-
Accepted abstracts may be selected for either oral or poster presentations.
-
Authors will be notified of acceptance by JUNE 22, 2026.
Presentation Guidelines
-
Poster presentations: Poster dimensions and display instructions
will be provided upon acceptance. -
Oral Presentations: Presentation length and instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
